The optional loft bathroom

The loft can be built with or without its own bathroom, and both versions are drawn. That decision is worth making carefully. With it, the loft becomes a self-contained master suite and the cabin sleeps two separate parties comfortably. Without it, you keep the floor area and the plumbing run stays short.

Because both are drawn, you can price the difference rather than guessing at it.

How it is arranged

Three bedrooms at 975 square feet is a lot of accommodation, and it works because the vaulted living space carries its height from the roof rather than from floor area. Windows are large, and a large patio extends the living space outdoors.
