Purchasing a Planbarn plan grants a single-build license: one construction of the plan for the purchaser. Plans remain the intellectual property of the designing architect and may not be resold, redistributed, or republished.

Plan sets are construction documents, not site-specific engineering. Local requirements such as engineering stamps, energy calculations, or site plans are the purchaser’s responsibility and can often be quoted as modifications.

Plans are digital files delivered immediately. All orders are final and non-refundable, which you confirm at checkout when you request immediate access. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
