Purchasing a Planbarn plan grants a single-build license: one construction of the plan for the purchaser. Plans remain the intellectual property of the designing architect and may not be resold, redistributed, or republished.

Plan sets are construction documents, not site-specific engineering. Local requirements such as engineering stamps, energy calculations, or site plans are the purchaser’s responsibility and can often be quoted as modifications.

All plans carry a 90-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.
