Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to digital downloads purchased from PlanBarn LLC.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those rights take precedence.

1. Digital downloads and cancellation

Digital files cannot be physically returned.

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel a digital-content purchase.

If you expressly consent to supply beginning during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your change-of-mind cancellation right when supply begins, that right ends once supply begins. Where the necessary legal requirements have not been met, any applicable cancellation right remains available.

We do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds after digital supply begins with the required consent and acknowledgement. This does not affect your rights concerning faulty, missing or misdescribed content.

2. Faulty, missing or incorrect digital files

Contact us if:

• Your download link does not work.
• A file is corrupted or cannot be opened using the specified compatible software.
• The package is missing content listed in the product description.
• You receive an incorrect plan or file format.
• The supplied content does not match its description.

Where appropriate, we will repair or replace the content at no charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

If repair or replacement is impossible, or we do not resolve the problem as required by law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund, including a full refund where appropriate.

If we cannot supply the purchased digital content, we will refund the amount paid for that content.

3. Accidental orders and duplicate payments

If you purchase the wrong plan or package, contact us promptly. We will honour applicable cancellation rights. Where those rights no longer apply, any voluntary exchange will be considered individually, with any price difference agreed in advance.

Verified duplicate charges for the same purchase will be refunded.

4. Custom modification services

Custom modification work is subject to the scope, price, delivery schedule and cancellation terms provided before you agree to the work.

Where statutory service-cancellation rights apply, any request to begin work during the cancellation period will be handled in accordance with those requirements. Your rights concerning services not performed with the legally required care and skill remain unaffected.

5. Refund methods and timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.

We issue payment without undue delay and normally no later than 14 calendar days after agreeing that a refund is due, or sooner where required by law.

We do not charge a refund-processing fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
