The same plan, in the same package and licence, publicly advertised for less in US dollars on another website.
Send us the details
Email support@planbarn.com or call 833-406-8249 with the link to the lower price, a screenshot showing the price and date, and your order number if you have already bought.
We verify the price
We check the listing is live, publicly available and for the identical plan and package, then confirm the result with you.
You pay the lower price, minus 5%
Before purchase, we arrange the matched price for your order. After purchase, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
How the 5% is worked out
The 5% comes off the lower price you found, not off our original price. An illustration with round numbers:

Conditions
To keep the guarantee fair and simple, every claim is checked against these points.
A claim qualifies when it has
- The identical plan: same design, same plan number or a verifiably identical set of drawings
- The same package (PDF Set or CAD Files) and the same licence type
- The same add-ons and options, if any
- A price publicly advertised in US dollars and available to anyone, without membership or a private code
- A listing that is live and verifiable when we check it
- A claim made before purchase or within 14 days after your order date
Not covered
- Obvious pricing errors, misprints or listings that are not genuinely available
- Coupon or promo codes not available to the general public, such as email-only, membership, loyalty or bulk-order pricing
- Auction, resale, second-hand or unauthorised copies of a plan
- Prices that have expired or changed by the time we verify the claim
- More than one claim per plan per order, or combining the guarantee with another discount on the same item
Prices are compared on the plan price before tax. Refunds under this guarantee are paid to the original payment method, normally no later than 14 calendar days after we confirm the claim, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under that policy or under applicable law.
