How the plan works
Putting four bedrooms and three bathrooms on one level is the point of this plan. There are no stairs, which matters if you are building somewhere you intend to stay, or if anyone in the household will struggle with them later.
Kitchen, dining and living share one open space with a walk-in pantry off the kitchen. The great room is drawn both flat and vaulted so you can price the two and choose.
The garage is 587 square feet, which is larger than a nominal two-car and wide enough to park two vehicles and still open the doors, or to park one and keep a workbench.
