Can I modify a plan?

Yes. Modification quotes are free. Common changes such as mirroring the layout, adding a garage bay, or adjusting room sizes are quoted within two business days.

Will my plans pass permitting?

Plans are drawn to the International Residential Code. Some jurisdictions require local engineering review or site-specific additions such as foundation stamps; your building department can confirm what applies locally.

What is your refund policy?

Can I build the plan more than once?
